The Body as an Anchor for Practice

TONIGHT’S TOPIC: This evening’s discussion will review some of the basics about sitting and standing meditation posture and will answer questions about how to handle physical discomfort, sleepiness, and other challenges that can arise from the body during meditation.

7:00-7:30pm–Log into Zoom for our BLENDED sangha discussion.
You are encouraged to attend / view the service before the discussion. However, if the timing of the service doesn’t work out for you, you can still join the discussion portion at 7:00.
People with all levels of experience or inexperience with Buddhist teachings and practices are welcome to join this class. Winding Path Sangha meets every Monday evening at this time for Buddhist teachings and practices. New people are invited to visit us any time.
